At least 5 years of relevant work experience in safety management in the same position, with or without a safety certificate is preferred;

Proficient in operating office software;
Having good teamwork spirit and strong communication skills; Good coordination and organizational management skills.
Develop and improve the company's safety management system and supervise its implementation, liaise and coordinate internal and external safety work, and complete safety reports on time;
Supervise the reasonable use of labor protection equipment;
Manage personnel for special types of work, establish various accounts, contact and arrange for review;
Implement various national and local government safety management regulations;
Establish a safety assurance system and various safety systems for the project, prepare a safety production plan, and supervise its implementation;
Organize safety inspections, safety education, safety activities, and training and assessment of special operation personnel.

Participate in product release, customer technical quality feedback response, etc;
Participate in the development of product and intermediate detection methods;
Participate in the formulation, implementation, and production debugging of technical development plans for new products.
Bachelor's degree or above;
Major in applied chemistry or Chemical engineering and technology;
I have experience in chemical product research and development, rich in chemical research and development, and strong professional basic skills. I have experience in production technology and process research and development in chemical enterprises or have relaxed conditions for working as a chemical research worker in scientific research institutions.
Independently complete literature review and spectral analysis, and complete the preliminary design of compound synthesis routes based on the literature;
Proficiently complete chemical reactions and conduct comprehensive analysis of the results to solve problems that arise in the experiment;
Under the guidance of the team leader, complete research projects with certain difficulties;
Complete the experimental records and report clearly and completely;
Responsible for technology transfer and process guidance between the project laboratory and factory.
Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry and related disciplines, with relevant experience in Trimesic acid, photoinitiator, curing agent, etc. is preferred;
Having a solid foundation in organic synthesis theory and practice, with at least 3 years of undergraduate experience in synthesis;
Experience in synthetic route amplification and commercial production is preferred;
Strong ability in literature review and graph analysis;
Has strong learning ability and can quickly grasp various knowledge and skills required by the job.
